long as the oil suppressors are active, the oils build up, which can cause a

A break-out occurs on a roll of 1 or 2 on a 1D6. The break-out causes -1 die to Charisma and all Social skills, as well as a +2 modifier to every Social Success Test for a course of seven days after the oil suppressors are deactivated. Adds a +2 modified to chem-sniffer and magical detection tests.
