A genetically modified, entirely vat-grown "experiment." 21 Sigma Blue is the
code name for this entity. "Assembled" by scientists at a Trancell 
Corporation
laboratory in the heart of the FAR,
21 Sigma Blue escaped during a botched shadowrun**.
His low Essence (a modest 2) is a result of his being "vat grown." His tissue
is unstable, and he has little mind/body/spirit connection. A psychological
evaluation (if possible), would reveal him to be detached, aloof, and inhumane.
Extremely dangerous, 21 Sigma Blue has escaped into the Sixth World. His whereabouts
are unknown although it is suspected that he has escaped into Southeast Asia.
The Transcell Corporation is offering a 1 million nuyen bounty for the kill
of 21 Sigma Blue and a 10 million nuyen bounty for his capture.
** DETAILS: October 2054. A group of shadowrunners was hired by 21st Century Biotech to infiltrate the facility and steal all information on Transcell's cloning processes. If possible, they were to return with all hard copies, samples of equipment, and tissue cultures. Whatever they couldn't take was to be destroyed. However, 21st Century Biotech failed to realize Transcell's progress and when the shadowrunners broke into the facility they somehow managed to release 21 Sigma Blue from his stasis chamber. All four shadowrunners were slain, as were two scientists and six other assorted technicians and personnel who may have tried to interfere with 21 Sigma Blue's escape.
